Its sweetness is a stand out. With aromatic notes of orange citrus and cardomom spices. Delicious flavor of berries, a medium acidity and creamy body. El Sabio leaves a residual taste of sweet spices on the palate that you will enjoy.

Farmer's Story

Eduard Campos

With the passing of his father at the age of 6 and being the oldest son in the family, Eduard had no choice but to grow up fast and hard. Eduard joined his mother on the farm, It was on the farm where Eduard learned the process of coffee production and the value behind hard work. Eduard along with his brother now operate their own farm titled Buena Vista. It is at this farm where they continue to pursue there dreams of producing quality specialty grade coffee while also setting up a role model farm that they can share with other farmers. A home base for education on farming practices, a way to pass on the knowledge that they had to learn from trial and error at such a young age. We are so proud to work with a man of great substance like Eduard Campos. Eduard is always there to help out his coffee community, a community that in return gives back to him. Eduard not only operates his own farm but leads a coffee growers association in his small town.
